Helen lives in Tylwch, Llanidloes, in mid Wales, surrounded by the Cambrian Mountains. She holds her one to one treatments and sessions in her Music and Sound room in her rural home nestled in the hills-a beautiful backdrop for healing and transformation to take place, and with the option of taking a gentle meander down to the stream, or observing the peaceful hills and breathing in the clean, clearing air.
