Karen Jeynes
 
Karen is passionate in empowering others on their personal journey of health and wellbeing, which started in 2005.   The variety of therapies which she draws upon to co-create your session with her include Person Centred Counselling, Yoga, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian head, Pre-blended aromatherapy and Hopi Ear candling. 
 
Karen has a strong interest in healing, wellbeing, spirituality and personal development, which is part of her daily life, including yoga; she is currently training in Touch for Health Kinesiologist and Flower Essences which will support her other services being offered.   Karen also trained with CRUSE Bereavement and volunteered at The Well Counselling Agency in Malvern.
 
Karen currently works ad hoc and offers flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends.

Helen Wilding

Helen Wilding has always been committed to bringing balance and clarity to people’s lives through relaxing musical experiences and effective intention setting which help to bring in positivity and reformation. She is a classically trained musician, having achieved her violin teaching diploma, a qualified school teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner, and has trained to Level 2 Reiki (Usui method).

Helen holds sound baths, vocal toning sessions and one to one sound healing treatments in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. She is focused on creating therapeutic sounds with singing bowls, drums, gong, tuning forks, viola and voice. She teaches violin and piano and primary school music. She plays in numerous bands, playing classical, jazz and world music in the UK and is occasionally a session musician, playing violin and viola.

Helen pursues self care activities to maintain her own balance and positive outlook, with personal practice in mindfulness, yoga, qigong and 5 Rhythms dance.

Helen holds sound baths in Bromyard, Leominster, Malvern, Worcester (at The Fold, http://www.thefold.org.uk), and one to one treatments at The Centre for Wellbeing, Malvern and from her home in Bromyard.

Helen also offers violin, viola and piano tuition, all ages, abilities and styles welcome. She teaches from her home in Bromyard or can teach online (Zoom or Skype).
